Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, we didn't leave the house much this summer. So to celebrate my wife's birthday, I thought we could try something different and venture off to a relatively COVID safe rural area. We visited a couple of wineries along the way, then stayed overnight in a unique converted horse trailer. The next day we headed home on back roads through the mountains near Mount Adams, stopping at the Conboy wildlife refuge.
