Here are a couple of hikes we did in the Columbia Gorge to see the wildflowers in bloom. The Memaloose Hills trail near Mosier, Oregon is about 3.5 miles round trip. Columbia Hills State Park is just east of Dallesport, WA. The trail starting at Dalles Mountain Ranch is also about 3.5 miles round trip. We stayed overnight at the Best Western Plus in Hood River, enjoying the view and soaking in the hot tub.
