My wife wanted a table to do her crafts and sewing. She also needed a
place she could work from home during the COVID pandemic. Finally, she
still wanted a bed in the room in case we had guests. Murphy beds were
too expensive, inflatable beds were not comfortable, and hide-a-beds took
up too much space. So, I found a foldable mattress we could store in the
closet when not being used, and built her crafting table large enough to
fit the mattress. Now she has a fully setup home office, plenty of space
for crafts, and it all converts to a bed in minutes if needed.
