The Evolving Miter Saw Cart
We occasionally have to pull the cars in our garage to work on them, so all of my woodworking tools need to be mobile. Several years ago I built a cart for my miter saw, with storage space underneath. I built it so the top section could be removed and set up on saw horses if we needed to work at my in-laws or other location. Of course, I have never removed the top section since I built the cart. The lower section has three compartments where I keep my welder and various power tool cases, but there was a fair amount of wasted space above the cases. So I decided to use the scrap plywood I had laying around the shop to add some drawers to my miter saw cart.
